“As I reached the hill of Superga I met a big, big man with a stern yet reassuring look, he asked me to pour him some wine, the new Nebbiolo. I still remember his expression of amazement at how generous and elegant a wine could be! That man gave us hope for a less harsh future\u201d…<\/em><\/p>

Since the 2000s, Pelassa Winery has been taken over by his sons, Davide and Daniele.<\/p>

Davide, a tractor driver by vocation, is in charge of getting the best grapes to the winery.<\/p>
