and rich wine.
Compatible food: excellent with grilled red
meats, meats cooked on the spit; “haute cuisine”
white and red meats with white and dark sauces.

Characteristics: A wine with ruby tonalities
of different intensity, fragrant scent with fruity

it listed among the wines calling for maximum attention.
Compatible food: excellent with fully flavoured
dishes; it goes well with roasted red meats, especially

Characteristics: ruby red colour with garnet
reflections. Delicate scent of flower and fruit, strains
of wild berries like strawberries, raspberries and
bilberries on a pleasantly spicy base. Dry taste but
velvety, harmonious and very persistent at the same
time; it is a very well balanced wine. It has class
and style.
Compatible food: excellent with “haute
cuisine” dishes. It is delicious with fondue.

Characteristics: deep ruby red colours. The
bouquet is intense, winey and delicate with hints
of ripe forest fruits. Full-bodied and harmonious
taste, balanced with the tannins well blended in a
generous and persistent body.
Compatible food: Barbera is ideal with first-course
dishes and roast and grilled meats.

Characteristics: dark ruby red colour with
slightly violet shades. Vinous bouquet, pleasantly
fruity and spicy; rich, full bodied, pleasant taste.
It is an elegant, persistent, harmonious wine to be
drunk all through the meal.
Compatible food: excellent with soups, red
meats, stewed meats, sweet or strong cheeses.

Characteristics: soft straw yellow colour with
green reflections. The bouquet is intense, fine and
complex, reminiscent of fruits aand flowers. It is
full and round on the palate. A typical wine with
low acidity.
Compatible food: it is excellent as aperitif,
or for accompany dainty and agreable dishes. |

Characteristics: pale straw-yellow colour.
It has a complex seductive delicate scent of flowers
like genista and camomile and light sensations of
honey and white pulp fruit. The taste is dry and harmonious
with a pleasant acidulous strain giving freshness
and body.
Compatible food: it is excellent as aperitif,
or with “hors d’oeuvres” and fish. |

Fermentation: 6 days, at 16°
Characteristics: a fruitly, well-balanced white
wine, highlighting the intrinsic versatily of the
area. Colour pale yellow, with a greenish tinge; bouquet
characteristic, reminiscent of green, apple and banana.
Taste dry, smooth, pleasantly harmonic.
Compatible food: thanks to the delicate taste
and bouquet of this wine it can be drunk as an aperitif
or with cold starters and delicate fish and shell
fish dishes.
