Barolo DOCG

Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo

Fermentation: about 15 days
Characteristics: brilliant garnet red colour. Deeply scented bouquet; it develops from the dry flowers and wild rose scent to “tar” exalting the ethereal bouquet. Rich, ripe taste; tannic impressive and well balanced. It is a powerful and rich wine.
Compatible food: excellent with grilled red meats, meats cooked on the spit; “haute cuisine” white and red meats with white and dark sauces.


Roero Antaniolo DOC
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Harvest time: 1st/15th of October
Fermentation: about 10 days, at 24°
Characteristics: A wine with ruby tonalities of different intensity, fragrant scent with fruity strains of strawberries, cherry, spices and undertones of liquorice. The taste is dry and decisive, justly tannic and fullbodied. These and other features make it listed among the wines calling for maximum attention.
Compatible food: excellent with fully flavoured dishes; it goes well with roasted red meats, especially with game


Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Harvest Time: 1st/15th of October
Fermentation: about 10 days at 24°
Characteristics: ruby red colour with garnet reflections. Delicate scent of flower and fruit, strains of wild berries like strawberries, raspberries and bilberries on a pleasantly spicy base. Dry taste but velvety, harmonious and very persistent at the same time; it is a very well balanced wine. It has class and style.
Compatible food: excellent with “haute cuisine” dishes. It is delicious with fondue.


Barbera d'Alba DOC
Grape variety: 100% Barbera
Harvest time: 5th/20th October
Fermentation: about 10 days, at 24°
Characteristics: deep ruby red colours. The bouquet is intense, winey and delicate with hints of ripe forest fruits. Full-bodied and harmonious taste, balanced with the tannins well blended in a generous and persistent body.
Compatible food: Barbera is ideal with first-course dishes and roast and grilled meats.


"Tucci" Barbera d'Alba DOC
Grape variety: 100% Barbera
Harvest time: 5th/20th October
Fermentation: about 10 days, at 24°
Characteristics: ruby red colour; deep and fragrant bouquet with ripe berry fruit and vanilla taste; full bodied, well balanced, soft and round taste. It has good persistence and sapidity; it is an exceptionally classy wine.
Compatible food: excellent served with roasted red and white meats, and strong cheese.


"Paié" Langhe Dolcetto DOC
Grape variety: 100% Dolcetto
Harvest time: 15th/30th of September
Fermentation: about 8 days at 22°
Characteristics: dark ruby red colour with slightly violet shades. Vinous bouquet, pleasantly fruity and spicy; rich, full bodied, pleasant taste. It is an elegant, persistent, harmonious wine to be drunk all through the meal.
Compatible food: excellent with soups, red meats, stewed meats, sweet or strong cheeses.


Bricco Enrichetta VTR
Grape variety: Barbera, Dolcetto e Freisa.
Harvest Time: 1st/10th October
Characteristics: ruby red colour with slightly violet shades; vinous e fruitly bouquet. Pleasant taste, elegant e persistent and particular harmonious wine.
Compatible food: wine to be drunk all through the meal, excellent with pasta, cheeses and red meats.


Roero Arneis DOC
Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Harvest time: 10th/ 20th of September
Fermentation: about 10 days, at 16°
Characteristics: soft straw yellow colour with green reflections. The bouquet is intense, fine and complex, reminiscent of fruits aand flowers. It is full and round on the palate. A typical wine with low acidity.
Compatible food: it is excellent as aperitif, or for accompany dainty and agreable dishes.

"San Vito" Roero Arneis DOC
Grape variety: 100% Arneis
Harvest time: 10th/ 20th of September
Fermentation: about 10 days, at 16°
Characteristics: pale straw-yellow colour. It has a complex seductive delicate scent of flowers like genista and camomile and light sensations of honey and white pulp fruit. The taste is dry and harmonious with a pleasant acidulous strain giving freshness and body.
Compatible food: it is excellent as aperitif, or with “hors d’oeuvres” and fish.

Piemonte Chardonnay DOC
Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
Harvest Time: 5th/15th September
Fermentation: 6 days, at 16°
Characteristics: a fruitly, well-balanced white wine, highlighting the intrinsic versatily of the area. Colour pale yellow, with a greenish tinge; bouquet characteristic, reminiscent of green, apple and banana. Taste dry, smooth, pleasantly harmonic.
Compatible food: thanks to the delicate taste and bouquet of this wine it can be drunk as an aperitif or with cold starters and delicate fish and shell fish dishes.


Piemonte Moscato DOC
Grape variety: 100% Moscato
Harvest Time: 10th/15th of September
Fermentation: about 4 days, at 16°
Characteristics: golden yellow colour with a good intensity; elegant and aromatic bouquet typical of Moscato grape. Sweet, round flavour, well balanced and rich wine.
Compatible food: it is wine to be drunk at the end of the meal or alone, as a wine for peaceful moments, for friendly conversation.
